I currently work as the Outreach Coordinator for a small but known nonprofit. I've been with this organization for over a year and love it dearly. We've recently had a staffing change that has caused me to no longer enjoy my job. I love what I do and our mission, but the past few months have done nothing but harm my mental health, personal life, work life, and schooling.

Any recommendations on how to have the confidence to leave? I've been battling this for almost three months now... :(

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. 6’0 and weighed in at 220lbs today. All time high and have gained 20lbs since gyms closed in March. When I did workout it was more or less 100% compound lifts.
