If someone says, “life gets lifey”, then you are legally allowed to punch them in the face to relieve stress
Just remind yourself a drink won’t make anything better, esp feelings like this.
This too shall pass
One day at a time can also mean one moment at a time 🙏🏽
So yes I will pass but it also helps to have people or places you can go for support..... like groups or A.A. or family and friends 🧡
What can we can do about your stress levels?

Unfortunately the only person who can do anything about it is me. Need to just accept and focus on doing the next right thing within my span of control

What’s the source of the stress?
For me, it’s usually one of these things:
- Future tripping
- Catastrophizing
- Comparison
- Insecurity
- Fear
If I can pinpoint the source, and I reach out to someone in recovery, they can usually make a helpful suggestion.

I'm sorry to hear that. It will work out the way it's supposed to work out if we let it.
Not wanting to drink is huge progress. Stay safe and if it’s helpful to you, I always found a camping trip or renting kayaks with someone that was willing to avoid drinking would completely reset my mind. Feel free to DM. Even though you don’t feel it now, you’ve got this.
