Try applying it at PwC as long as you have a degree in accounting you will definitely get the interview call.
You keep saying you failed with behavioral questions.... but why is that? Nearly everything job you apply for will have those, so it’s worth spending the time to think about why.
Did they tell you what the problem was?
I would take whatever feed back they gave you and work on that for your next interview.
What happened in the interviews? You’ll have interviews in private accounting as well. So you should try and see how you can learn from those past interviews and ace future ones!
Try drafting questions beforehand and using the STAR technique to respond.

Work with a recruiter and see if they will do mock interviews with behavioral questions. If not, then look up YouTube videos of how to answer standard behavioral questions and overall interview tips and see if you notice anything you can improve on.
