For me, it was 100% luck. I was firing off applications like you wouldn’t believe, and somehow the right person found me at the right time. Networking is the most powerful tool, and when it comes to job hunting, the only way you’re 100% guaranteed to not get the job is if you don’t apply!
Mostly networking, but I've seen a few posted in this bowl and the referrals bowl as well, so you might want to check that out.
Networking and knowing someone is how mostly!
Be careful as you are looking I was promised things like hybrid work and flexibility. When I started I was told they had to take away the hybrid schedule because employees were abusing it. After about two months I was told that’s just what they do to get people in the door. Needless to say I’m still looking.
Thanks just be careful out there I’m sure this is happening to others.

Like someone said before 100% luck. I only apply to hybrid jobs and ask about PTO and benefits asap
Just keep applying. Apply to as many job as possible, everyone that you see. It's a numbers game. Are you getting interviews?
I feel you. I have been searching the same thing but I still have zero leads as of now. Commenting for the answers.
Same here!
I agree with the comments above. It's just pure luck in my case also. I'll ask my colleagues if they can suggest anything.
Agreed about knowing someone being the easiest way. I easily sent off 100 applications and only got about 5 interviews (first HR job out of school, so I hope that’s not the norm going forward). At this point, so many people want remote jobs that it may take a bit longer to find one.
I would encourage you to look for companies that support your development. Keeping in mind the possible growth in benefits/perks as your career progresses. Coordinator roles are typically non-exempt or hourly and many companies tend to be less flexible with these jobs. Finding a company that will support you gaining the skills needed to move up will help you find more openings with flexibility.
I know it's not a quick answer but it might help. Good luck with your search!!
It's not you. The job market has been really weird this year. It's been hard for amazing candidates event o find a job.
Upwork and Fiverr. Well, these are my go to sites if I'm looking for freelance jobs. LinkedIn is the best for me for PT and FT jobs.
