I find myself struggling to understand the reason for a copy and past rejection email I recieve after finishing the entire interview process and it being the same one I’d get if i was rejected from my initial application. Why do hiring managers not put anything personalized in there? It’s a month long process.

I have cleared all the technical rounds in HCL and now HR mailed me that they will call for further process.

My LWD is 2nd sep , could anyone please let me know if HCL would be able to close the process by then .

What can I do to make this process faster

I have worked as data engineer in service based companies and mostly worked on informatica and IBM datastage , SQL, Teradata currently doing trainings on python and GCP. I need guidance on how/where to prepare for typical data engineering profile to crack interviews in Faang/Maang or other good product based companies.
Main problem is I can learn many things but due to lack of hands on experience in the Cloud technologies

Skills : ETL, DWH and sql (need to master) , unix , teradata

How long does it take to get a job , when you actively apply every day for weeks. Or better still how do I do it right?

Good questions to ask interviewees to see if you will get along with them? Or just any questions in general to ask as the interviewer... besides where do you see yourself in 5 years 🙄

Anyone who has been through both rounds at MBB - does case difficulty get any harder between round 1 and 2? Or is it just the level of interviewer?

How normal is it to be pulled off a trial team because you tell your boss you are moving after trial? I have a trial coming up first week of Oct. This case has been my baby, and I’m going to try it with my boss. I tell my boss up front that, for family reasons, I’ve gotten a new job and will be moving to another city two weeks after trial will likely end. He then gives my trial witnesses to another attorney, but is still going to make me do grunt work. Is he unreasonable or am I?

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule.
