So much misinformation. 1) must be submitted by 12am central time Sunday (so Saturday night) 2) you need it be be 90% to be compliant at year end, so you can forget 5 times throughout the year and be fine. 3) if you are noncompliant, you won't be fired (unless it's really bad or Deloitte was looking for an excuse), but you will have your bonus reduced as a punishment

If you enter t&e late, it really fucks with client invoices. As a PM, please never enter time late at the end of a period.
So for some people in some weeks you recognize the revenue a week later.

@BCG1 I can see the argument that it shouldn't be made such a huge deal, but it makes sense for the firm as that's when it recognizes the revenue

I know 2 people in Technology that had over 8-10 missing time/expense reports (meaning they were super late submitting them) and both received a -1 in their ratings (2 became a 3, 1 became a 2). I just don't get how one can keep messing up one of the easiest things we are responsible for? Set up a freaking occurring calendar notification!!!
