I get so frustrated when managers tell people off for using their phones.

I think it’s very old fashioned for companies to lock phones away. If someone can’t exercise self control and do what they’re paid to do & are on their phones all day while at work instead, then they’re not fit to work.

If a person is highly productive and is working beyond average standards, why should them using their phone matter in any way?

Is it bad to take occasional 3 minute breaks if that’s what works for me?

One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.
