1. CRISIL as Lead FP&A analyst
2. Apex Group Ltd. as AVP FP&A
Both are in the salary negotiation stage.
How much i can expect as I am moving from JPMC with 10 years of exp. with 25L fixed.
Please suggest what is the best option considering work culture, hike and bonus, leave policy etc. to choose b/w above offers or stay with JPMC.
