Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview. Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.

HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

Talent acquisition teams increasingly start processes prematurely ie before a specific role is vacant. They do this in functions with a certain level of semi predictable churn, or areas of high demand. Also, a bit like holding groups, before they can make an offer a business unit needs to have a specific role need and have approval to hire based on the macro economics of the business. It’s slightly hard to say based on your message but you’re either on the bench (they want you but don’t yet have an opening, and are working out if they can take you now), or they’re trying to get sign-offs on the hire from the hr/people team, the head of function and someone in management. It might only be a week, but I’d assume at least 2-3 as getting the above pinned down internally can take longer than people think, especially with summer vacations. They might keep you dangling for weeks on end ‘really sorry, we really like you, but still working on it’ whilst they wait for someone to hand in their notice. Be patient basically if you really want the role, do check in with them every week and a half, and be prepared that it might not actually materialise, for months, or even ever. Eg the incoming recession might make people who want to leave, sit tight, or because of tightening belts. I could be wrong, but that would be a nice surprise if the offer arrived in 1 week.
