Maintain your normal schedule as much as possible. Get up at the same time, do whatever you normally do in the am, and go to “the office.” Turn off news alerts and close your news browser. If you must check the news only on the am, at lunch, and in the evening. The news will happen with or without you hanging on every development.
Most of all remember that being productive while working from home will help your firm delay or avoid drastic cost cutting. And conversely not being productive could cost your assistant, a friend, or you their job. Not overstating it.
Also, don’t waste money but spend what you can on things that help others stay afloat. For example I paid for an online session with my pilates instructor this morning (yep, that’s a thing now), partly to maintain my routine and partly because she has a business and family that depend on people paying for classes. We are very dependent on the circulation of money among service providers - that’s 70% of the US economy. Those of us with paying jobs have a moral responsibility to do what we can to maintain that circulation and help us all limp along until the immediate crisis passes.
If you’re hitting target hours why are you stressing? And maybe more importantly, why were you originally excited to bill 12 hour days? I think in times like this it’s fair to be distracted and just realize that there are more important things going on than your job.
I recently started and the first month was incredibly slow, so I'm trying to get hours up for bonus eligibility and there's not much else to do when your city is under a Shelter-In-Place order 🤷♀️

Uh, imagine getting laid off and that should help you find motivation to keep hrs up. Just like the possibility of failing the bar made you nervous.
As a mid-level associate, you can use some of this time to learn biz dev skills. Start defining and creating your personal legal brand. I have a very strong feeling that many firms are going to relax the billable hour requirements. And if you can show them biz dev hours, they might count this when reviews happen.
Just understand, this is not normal and many in the firm management are well aware of this.
Additionally, you can ask partners who may be busy if you can help.
If firms aren't making as much money because of slowdown/slow-paying clients, why on Earth would they relax bonus requirements for associates? I'm just writing off the bonus I had budgeted for this year bc I don't see how I'll make hours with wfh.
