I got more money for graduating high school than I did for my bonus. And I didn't have to pay taxes on it.

My company uses ADP for retirement. It has a contribution allocation for just 401k and roth 401k. If I wanted to contribute to a traditional IRA does it need to be through ADP and if so how is that done?
