Wells Fargo => 24L (fixed) + 1.8L ( variable) + 2L (JB)
Publicis Sapient => 22L (negotiable) (Senior Associate L1)
Please advice better one for me to join considering perks and benefits and career growth. I know WLB is better at Wells.
TIA

The USDC role is a bit of a back office support role. You don’t travel or get to do the sexy stuff. Overall, work life valance is good so you may prefer that.
In terms of money, assume bonus will be half of what it says.

You can negotiate but I wasn’t part of USDC so not sure how it’s run from a compensation perspective

Know that USDC is considered to be a step child from a Consulting perspective.
USDC is consulting step child. Not sure what it is now, but it used to be back office work when I was at D and everyone threw shade on it including people who were in USDC because bonuses and raises were terrible and the work is boring.

Still like that — and when business drops, you’re the first to get axed... which is a huge problem considering it has a ton of H1B folks.
If you want to progress in your career and learn something new avoid it.
Would avoid taking USDC roles. Strict no no. Your talent is better elsewhere
