I had 2 phone interviews with EY Jan 22. Its been almost a month and no word. Recruiter also ghosted me. Is it safe to assume i didnt get the job?

Finished final round interviews and got notified I moved onto the final step - references. Is it safe to think I’m the only one at this step? Or is there typically multiple candidates still considered

Me knowing I do not meet most of the qualifications for this position has my imposter syndrome thinking I shouldn’t even do this interview because it would be a waste of time.
