I had a Google team match call 3 months ago. Feedback was positive - my recruiter said the hiring manager was excited about me, but they are still waiting on feedback for others that interviewed. The last update from my recruiter was over a month ago (still waiting on feedback). My recruiter hasn't responded to any of my emails since then, but he hasn't been especially responsive to begin with. Is this normal? Or should I just forget about it and move on?

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. I Appeared for an interview for RPA - Automation Anywhere. I didn't got any response after the interview. Then when I reached hiring manager through LinkedIn I got to know I cleared all the rounds but my expected cts is high so they might have rejected. First thing is I never said what I am expecting . And I clearly told In managerial round that I am open for salary discussion.

But no one responded. Will I get the call back in time? Or I just leave it and go ahead with other companies?
