I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. I’m looking for a new job and have found that small companies send me rejections quickly and the huge companies are the only ones giving me a chance. I thought it would be the other way around. I really just want a new job and I think I’ll have more luck passing the interviews for smaller companies than the big ones.
