Hi Nagarrians, it's been 45 days now since I joined Nagarro I was assigned a team at the time of joining but since then I am waiting for interview to take place. Is this normal procedure? Although from day 2 my project manager asked me to fill the timesheet corresponding to one project which is no billable. I am having concerns now as I don't know if this is normal ?
Hello fishes, I joined Nagarro on 24th of August. But still no project is assigned yet. Basically I am on bench. Now I am about to get an offer from ServiceNow. I really wanna join ServiceNow as it's a big product based organisation and the competition is really high compared to Nagarro. ServiceNow is giving me a joining date of 1st October. As I am still on bench, will I get released by Nagarro soon ? Because no project is allocated to me.

I’m in retail! Great group - one of the largest industry groups in the firm, with a strong growth trajectory. The people care about each other here.
Alix runs both a cyclical and counter-cyclical business, so we have a stable overall business. You might see ups and downs but we take a long-term view (for example, we continued to hire through the worst and most unpredictable times in the pandemic).
We can probably cover all interviews in 2-4 weeks. Speed is not a problem if you communicate that to your recruiter.
I recently interviewed with them for a different group, VP level. HR screen + 5 interviews + the assessment. I preferred to take it slow so it took quite awhile, but even if you wanted to go as quickly as possible, it would probably take a few weeks.
Oh absolutely, it was a positive experience overall for me
Recruiting process does not take too long anymore. It’s something we have improved on overtime
I just dont get it - I really like AP as well.
We just hired a partner from there, and he's been good and very nice.
Otherwise, don't know too much

I’m also in Retail, and echo what AP1 said. Retail is certainly one of the better teams at Alix. The team is great and I’m happy to call a lot of them my friends.
I think the interview process is still pretty slow, but we should be able to work around it.
I am not in retail, but I would vouch for them :)
I appreciate everyone’s feedback! I have a call with the recruiter on Monday. Looking forward to hearing more about the firm.
