I wouldn’t say it’s a decline, we just had the week off and year end etc so the partners may be too busy to get back to the recruiter. I would definitely keep your options open thought
They have to look at where numbers are falling out for the start of the new year with promotions, transfers etc. They likely interviewed a few candidates so need to see how many spots they have before making offers. Or they have 1 spot and offered to someone else and want to keep you waiting if their first choice declines.

I think it’s pretty much wait and see at this point. I would continue applying and interviewing in the meantime.
If you on the other hand have offers on standby , then you need to start thinking fast on whether EY is a company that you want to continue pursuing or if you want to drop it and work elsewhere
