Too harsh as my farewell message? 🥳

Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Maybe some room in sign on bonus. Idk tho, I’m on the EYP side and they don’t negotiate at all due to an equal pay model
How many “levels” are there within M at EY? M3 out of M what?
Levels can technically go up to 5+, but generally if you’re at a 4 in your role you’re expected to be ready for promotion to the next level. I’ve heard of 6’s; at SC that likely means that you need to perform better, and at M that usually means you want to stay technical/delivery and not have your KPIs based on sales. Or you need to perform better lol.
The bonus seams to be low for manager.. is this normal?
It seems low to me but I’m not at EY.
