I don't know that someone would eliminate you because of tech issues. In an odd way, I'm thinking it could actually help you if you were faced with a problem and had to improvise. Being able to think on one's feet is an essential skill, at least I think it is. At this point, I wouldn't worry about it or obsess over it, you did your best and it might look worse to try to redo it.
OP first of all take a deep breath because these things happen. As someone who does interviews regularly on Zoom I totally understand when someones internet goes out or there is some sort of technical difficulties. I have never once counted that against someone because those are things outside your control.
I was flustered the entire time. I had to use my data and I do not get good service on my phone in my apartment. The feed was choppy, it was hard to hear the questions, and I was just extremely nervous the entire time that my call would drop and I kept rambling. It’s out of my control but the amount of prep/effort I put in just makes me feel disappointed.
The interviewer seemed pretty understanding but it just wasn’t my best. The job market is so competitive and I’m devastated that back to back tech issues even caused me to be off my game. Should I ask to redo the second part if I get rejected given the circumstances ?
