I had my final interviews today for a company and had major tech issues that made me flustered. I had camera issues before I started. Knocked the first part out of the park with internet issues. For the 2nd part, I feel that I completely ruined my chances. My internet completely cut out 10 minutes before. I tried emailing and calling the internal contacts and got no answer. Panicking, I downloaded zoom to my phone. I arrived a few minutes late/extremely flustered. Did I blow it?

Good questions to ask interviewees to see if you will get along with them? Or just any questions in general to ask as the interviewer... besides where do you see yourself in 5 years 🙄

Random, but valid/persistent thought.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.
