I had my HR discussion with Deutsche Bank few weeks back. ECTC I mentioned 18.5 LPA , I m 5.4 YOE in DevOps . HR agreed on 17LPA , I was okay with that as it was the fixed component. Now HR is telling management can only give 15LPA as fixed. Then only they will release offer if I am okay. Should I agree? as I am not getting any offer due to my 90 days NP.
