I had my HR round on 8th of Dec, I'm still waiting for offer letter. HR is not responding to call n mails. Any idea how long usually it takes?

Hi Fishes, I received a mail with subject line 'Accenture Recruitment Status - You've made it to our final interview at Accenture!'. What does it mean? As I Have cleared technical aptitude test and technical Interview can I assume this will be an HR round?

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
