I Got one Offer from Fynd but that is too low for me and as per my expereince
They are giving me 9 LPA bcz I quoted that amount when I applied for it long back. at that time I didnt know more about how salary and all calculated and whats the market research
Now after clearing all the rounds when we meet for salary discussion i told him my real desired salary as per experience and market reseach
He told me that I quoted 9 LPA so we can not do more "unless you have any counter offer"

I am leaving JP Morgan next month and have resigned before completing of my 1 year with the firm but technically my year will be completed next month before notice period. The laptop allowance and the relocation allowances will it be recovered from me during my exit??

Don't worry, you'll get the offer letter. I had the same message up there.
But, with 27% variable pay not sure whether that offer letter is even worth it (maybe to get other offers, yes)!

Guys, you have to understand that the HRs are very busy. They are busy in choosing the rangoli designs which they have to prepare when office opens.
Give them some slack. The are doing a lot of work.
Hahaha but how about a talent coach whose name and contact details are visible on portal says that I am not your talent coach it’s just random thing.
That portal is crap. I know people who got hired and the portal does not even show offer initiated. Accenture HRs are amongst the best in the industry
Accenture hiring process is so random. They can ask you any document at any point of time. Even if you are done with technical and HR , you can get a call for fresh interview process. I am an ex-accenture, applied again, done with all the interview rounds and document submission, now my profile is on hold. A friend of mine applied for accenture, then he joined some other company, worked there for a year and then accenture release offer for which interview happened an year ago. In short, interview process is extremely slow and based on how critical is requirement for which they are hiring.
I know..this interview I had was re scheduled twice and till now 6-7 different HRs have followed up with me and no one is in sync with each other and the worst part is not sure who is my recruiter/hiring HR...All I can say is Accenture needs to re-vamp their HR system...
They will release the offer in a week or so... upload all the docs

I uploaded all the required docs after interview on 5th October. Haven't heard back from HR yet. Just sent a mail to POC to check the status as this portal is still showing 'interviews/interviewing'.
This is what happened with couple of my friends as well...that's why I am not much hopeful that Accenture will release the offer..

ACN is slow AF and ACN HR recruiters are pretty infamous for being one of the crappiest among the lot.

You will get call from document teams hr to Upload and for verify it. After successfully verified you will get the offer letter.
Thanks for the info .yes I already got that call yesterday..They told me to update the EAF for couple of info which I did..
I called my talent coach and asked her the steps next after having an HR discussion , she said that I am not your HR talent coach.
I said I see your contact details and email on the Accenture job portal and she reply’s ohhh that gets picked randomly.
Isn’t that really weird
This is so ridiculous....Well I'm also not sure if they release offer for me...because in my hr discussion when I asked what will be the next steps/by when can i expect the offer that lady told that now you have to work with your talent coach for your offer....I mean like seriously...first time I heard from an HR that the candidate needs to work on getting the offer from the company post HR round...it sounded so pathetic to me...
