I hate my job so much that I put a lot of pressure on myself in interviews to do well which I think backfires on me. Any tips for how to overcome this?

I am planning on interviewing with Volkswagen IT Services for Java Devops role. What should I focus on preparing. Most of the job profiles were for cloud. This is the first one with Java Devops

The project manager and recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and suggested to apply for a opening position as they thought I was fit for this position, filled up all the application and later the same recruiter reached out saying they are moving forward with other candidates 🤦‍♂️ why waste people’s time?
