I have 11 yrs exp in product design,I recently joined pump mfg company as a product manager. But my 60-70% work is to calculate cost of pump and handling other general tasks related to product. So am I on right track. Is it worth staying at this role. Or shall I switch back

The station I work at is down at least 15 positions. Some jobs have been open for two years.

The remaining staff is required to step up.

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.
