Unwise to offer no appraisal contingency? Going to offer above asking price on a house with multiple bids. Realtor suggested potentially foregoing appraisal contingency to show we’re committed to closing. We have a lot of cash but wouldn’t it be a red flag if the house doesn’t appraise for the full value? Is it ok to ghost someone? I’ve been talking to someone for over a year. I stopped texting him two weeks ago because I lost feelings and said I need space.
