I have 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud, mainly working on ERP Cloud projects.

My current fixed CTC is ₹13 LPA.
I’ve already cleared 2 technical rounds with one of the Big 4 firms, and HR discussions are expected next.

What CTC range should I realistically target at this experience level?
-Any inputs on negotiation strategy or typical Big 4 compensation for Oracle Cloud roles would really help.

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I left my last job because I didn't appreciate the culture (B4). However, it was probably because I was a terrible employee. However, I do find that my clients love me 10x more than my consulting colleagues. I joined a smaller firm to cover up the problem.
