I have 8 years of experience in sales but in different industries. Recently I got terminated without any notice or performance review. I was called in one on one and handed a letter. I’m in Edmonton, Canada. Its been 3 weeks I have been trying to find work in sales. I have applied for at least 100 jobs even below my expectations but I’m not getting any reply from any employer. Is the market dead right now or something I am doing is broken? I’m also reaching out to recruiters but no help!Advice?

Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster.
