Hi! I have worked in management roles in tech, mainly in analytics, for approximately 10 years. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar. I now work at the CBC, but I have worked in the private sector too. Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
