I have a BBA in Finance w/ a real estate concentration (2019) & a MBA (2022). I have 4 yrs of accounting experience. About 10 yrs of operational/management experience prior to that.

I’ve always wanted to do something in the real estate/home designer/CAD/architect/ fields. However, I continued to go down a different path. Long story short, I want to do something that I enjoy & am passionate about.

Any suggestions please? Accounting at an architectural firm? Back to school?

Anyone made a switch to health tech companies? Do you like it?

If you make it to senior manager at big four can you leave and become partner or director at mid size firm? Is this hard to do? I know there is a lot of politics at big four and have no interest staying in a senior manager role for 6-8 years and risk a chance of still not becoming partner. Also I got a long way to go before senior manager fyi.
