I have a horrible Karen client who sends me nasty emails multiple times a day. I don’t fire her bc she has a high value case. Anyway she’s making me want to get out of this line of work.

Expedite her case faster through the pipeline. Keep the emails short and sweet, and direct/copy general inquiries to staff.

I agree with the comment above. You should work hard to get this one resolved asap.

has she turned down offers presented up to this point?

No; the offer is so low I’m being forced toward trial. Client has chilled out fortunately.

Anyone in a similar type firm working with Practice Panther who’d be willing to discuss? Much appreciated.

Hi everyone - I'm contemplating an offer from a large PI firm. I'm a little more than halfway through completing my 2nd year of practice, and I'm currently at a small firm with a low salary that's just no longer cutting it.

The offer from the large firm is for a pre-suit position, base salary of $100K - is this salary pretty standard for this kind of position?

Any insight is appreciated, thank you!!
