Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

Know the industry they target for investments. And some of their investment portfolio. Enterprise SAAS will be very different from consumer focused vc, etc. know the industry KPIs, how to do pre and post money valuation, and anything else you can find on the vc blogs (tomasz togunz, a16z, both sides of the table, etc). They all have good primers on this stuff. Also have a good book or two to discuss that you've read recently.
Thanks, super helpful. Industry related books I presume?
You need to bring a unique perspective to an area that you're passionate about. You'd be shocked how far this puts you ahead
Come prepared to discuss startups you're following, ideally not super obvious ones unless they're a late-stage shop.
VC interviews are nuts: anything is fair game. Depends on the VC and interviewer. I'd say... if you're passionate about the industry and know your stuff cold, you should be fine!
