I have an hour long interview with a Partner at Accenture - Strategy & Consulting. The recruiter said it was just going to be “general conversation” but the SM who interviewed me in the previous round mentioned he was an expert in the niche area that I’m being hired for. What should I expect? Should I be expecting technical knowledge-based questions?

Hi Fishies, i have experience working on Oracle Peoplesoft as well as Oracle Cloud.
Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?
Also, how hard is it to learn workday without proper formal training/certification ?

The other positions don’t interest me as much. What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice?
