Try to focus on situational questions because you will for sure be asked questions that will test your problem-solving skills. With those kinds of questions they will going to assess your time management skills too. Good luck and don't forget to research on the duties and responsibilities of the role that you are currently applying for.

Congrats! I usually search online for tips from previous people who have interviewed. Places tend to update their process from time to time and I want the most up to date intel.

You should focus on questions that will test your interpersonal and management skills. They may test your problem-solving and leadership skills as well. Good luck!

So I’m interviewing with a company. And the HM (hiring manager) said they’d give me a response in 2 weeks. It’s been 2 weeks so I emailed the HM to ask for an update. Their reply was “we are still in the process of interviewing candidates”.

Could this mean they’ve moved forward with a different candidate and are keeping me on in case it doesn’t work out? Or are they really still assessing candidates..?

Hi All!! Looking for advice and ideas on our corporate healthcare recruitment model. We support 3k employees and manage 250 reqs between two recruiters. We do everything from posting, screening, sourcing and offering and just got approved to bring on some much needed help for another recruiter. My question is, should we also invest in a sourcer to help with the req load, or another recruiter? We’ve never had a sourcer before but I’m curious to know what models other companies are using? Thanks!

I'm currently interviewing for senior software engineer and have a couple interviews with PMs (culture fit, etc).
I've had some rocky relationships with PMs.
As a PM, what would you like an engineer to ask you?
As an engineer, what would you ask a PM to understand how the work with engineers, what they prioritize, if they throw engineers under the bus, etc?
I've also had many experiences with great PMs.

Hi,

Anyone who recently got an offer from MS, can you please advise how long the interview process is?

I read in Glassdoor that some recent offers took 1-2 months to roll out. Is that common?

For me it has been 3 weeks since my third (final) hiring manager round hence wanted to know if others had similar experience.

Thank you!

Interview question: had a great interview with the cmo of a brand I’m really excited about for an ECD role. She mentioned there was a take home assignment, which usually is a dealbreaker for me but I want the gig. The hr person sends it to me, and it’s not one but TWO Full 360 campaigns, one brand one product. I’m currently still full time at an agency working insane hours (hence the desire to escape).anyone know the play here? Do I STFU and figure out how to get it done? Can I push back? HLP!

I work for a CPA firm, 45-50 employees, and we're looking at expanding our benefits package. Right now, we only offer 2 or 3 weeks vacation, 1 week paid sick time, healthcare, 401(k) with profit sharing, and Life/Long-term disability coverage. No dental, no parental leave, no ST disability, no EAP etc.

Could anyone else in this industry, or in another professional services industry, weigh in on what benefits you offer and which ones are most popular?

Thanks all!!

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

I know there isn’t a one size fits all when it comes to mapping your HR journey, but I do have a question, for those in executive HR roles. It seems like most come from the talent acquisition side.
