Call front desk and ask dress code. Anything above casual, wear a tie. Always overdress for an interview unless told otherwise.
I definitely would wear a tie.
For interviews I never wore jacket. Just formal worked. Unless you are applying for CXOs.
I meant formal shirt, pant and shoes.
Go for white-tie (and white shoes).
Tuxedoes are far too casual.
Anything without a tail cannot be taken seriously.
