Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

You’re not making it to SC with 2 YOE. They might even slot you as an analyst.
It depends. Analyst 80-82, consultant 90-110 but depends on how much they want you and your leverage.
I had the same issue when I was hired. Applied for senior but came in as associate to “help transition into consulting.” Does take 2-3 years to get promoted so be ready for that waiting period. You can push them for higher sign on bonus to help compensate the lower associate salary. I will say it was nice to have less responsibilities as an associate compared to seniors but if you know workday that well and feel confident can lead a project team, no harm in pushing for senior. Ultimately it’s up to you if you want to give yourself some time to adjust as consulting is a very different world from industry or if you are ready to take the plunge and push yourself from the get go. Good luck!
They are going to keep you at the lower level.
Definitely
With your YOE, you’ll likely want to come in at C for the sake of integrating smoothly, building your brand, and building a network.
