I have an interview with Deloitte tomorrow and part of that process will be to determine if I would be a better fit for the consultant or senior consultant role. I have almost 2 years of workday experience, any thoughts on which would be a better fit? Also what would the salary range be for both of those roles in Chicago?

I’m a Hispanic woman on my team ( 8 years industry experience with managerial experience ) and have been in my role for 1.5 years . A white male on my team (4 years industry experience no managerial experience) with under a year at the same level got promoted over me. currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
