I have an interview with PwC for Tax consulting (QST) entry level position. I was told I will have 2 -30mins rounds of interview. Will these be behavioral only? Or should I prepare for case studies? Also, where do I find some samples for practice?

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .
