Who’s Capgemini again?

I spent 11 years at Capgemini. If you are at a Tier 2 strat firm going to Cap Invent would be a serious step down. At your stage in your career it would materially hurt your earnings and growth. If you were 45 years old and wanted to coast, you’d fit right in.
I wouldn’t touch Capgemini with a barge pole.
3 years in and 100% agree
I cannot think of a generalizable (i.e. not something like you're about to get fired or need to move cities) reason to take that offer (or even to apply frankly). Presumably worse pay and it's a massive drop in prestige (which, especially for your first to second job out of college, translates to worse exit opps)
What's the upside in your opinion? What got you excited to apply or go through interviews?
(Also wouldn't call A&M a T2 strategy firm, they're leaders in some stuff but the only strategists I know there got fired from a different firm vs willingly lateraled in, but that's neither here nor there)
Isn’t that Buzz Lightyears home base? The Capgemini?

Which country are you in? Capgemini Invent in most of the world is no good. The only exception is Western Europe, where they are considered OK but that’s only because of home court advantage.
Capgemini Invent is very good in Europe and has a good culture and projects, I wouldn't leave T2 for it early career though unless it's a promotion post and good pay rise.
Agree with others that what country got are in matters here. It also matters what you are looking for/why you’re leaving current firm
