I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

Has anyone interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months. I finished my loop for a finance role. It’s been 8 business days and no update from the recruiter. I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

Read the LPs and try to understand what they mean. If you have two stories ready per LP, trying to touch on different aspects of the LP where relevant (e.g., both a disagree and a commit example), you should have adequate examples ready.
Don’t try to match up the question to the LP during the interview though, just try to describe the story that best aligns to the question. In other words, focus more on the question being asked and what it seems the intent of the question is rather than trying to fit it into an LP. We typically see people do poorly when they’re overly focused on the LP during the interview, because sometimes they guess the wrong LP and don’t really answer the question, or they don’t fully understand the LPs the way we do (which should he expected).
And this answer was really for the loop. For the phone screen, one example per LP is more than enough, and you can eliminate some of the LPs that likely are less relevant (success and scale, frugality, earth’s best employer, etc.).

I’m an ex Amazon Bar raiser and I agree with everything “Amazon 1” has said. It’s excellent advice.
It is helpful to practice with plausible interview questions, so you can practice the process they describe. That being to prepare a couple of stories per LP and then use questions to practice how you would answer that question in an interview.
Here’s a list of plausible Amazon interview questions. They’re not the exact questions from the Amazon Interview Question Bank- to avoid the temptation of creating exact stories for exact questions but but it’s a list based on what Amazon interviewers are going to be trying to understand. I hope it helps

Amazon 2 some specific feedback would be great. What is it about the site that you feel doesn’t work and what are your issues with the testimonials. Always keen to take feedback on board but as with the feedback you’re given at Amazon it needs to be specific and actionable otherwise it’s pointless giving it. Thanks in advance.
