I have been out of a Full-Time job since January, and I have done consistent freelance work designing logos, websites, social media content, and videos. But not having a full-time job with benefits isn't the way in this world. I apply to jobs almost daily and either get ghosted or an automated response saying "we went in a different direction". It's exhausting not even getting a chance to speak with someone.

I’m 30 and my spouse and I want to save a million dollars in 15 years by age 45. I figured 1,000,000/15=66,666/yr need to save. To get to 66,666/yr, need to contribute:
-401k at 19500k x 2
-Roth IRA at 6000 x 2
-remaining $7833 x 2 in a brokerage account

Does this look good? Am I missing something? With discipline 2 people can save 1 million in 15 years?

It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better.
