I also had stress rashes / eczema and was prescribed tacrolimus as well. Aloe helped soothe breakout areas tho unfort i didnt have alopecia, so cant help there.
I have had stress induced rashes that lasted months and it was miserable. I’m so sorry you’re going through it. Colloidal oatmeal baths, vinegar compresses, and FSM (frequency specific microcurrent) treatments helped. As for alopecia, a roommate of mine had it and got a shot. His hair came back just fine.
Hi there. Shot of?
Maybe try determining the cause of stress. Stressful job, relationship? You are stating the symptoms of stress.
Stressful relationship mostly.
I had alopecia due to stress a long time ago. Also primarily due to a stressful relationship. The cure was getting out of the relationship and focusing on taking care of myself. Working out, sleeping etc. Essentially reducing and better managing my stress. My hair started growing back pretty quickly. The other thing that helped is ashwaganda, which helps w managing cortisol.
