The round is called "Deep Dive" — as per the updated invitation, it’s titled:
Round: Level 2 | Senior Lead / Architect – Data & AI Labs.

Can anyone help me understand what this round typically involves and what kind of questions are usually asked?

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?

Twice now I have been ghosted by hiring managers after my initial HR screen. It’s really got me feeling like shit.

Attended multiple first rounds for mphasis(full time - Texas location). But still I didn’t hear any feedbacks from any of the interview panels/consultancy companies. Seems like they are conducting interviews for name sake and letting us to get wait for the results (for more than a month)

Have an acquaintance who is a single mom; she purchased a used car 3 mos ago. So, here it is. I was having joining on last week October as a senior analyst data science in Tiger Analytics. Today I got an call from HR that due to economic recession we are going to delay your date of joining by 2 months. My notice period was of 3 months. So total duration would be 5 months. Infact even after that too they didn't send me revised offer letter. There is something wrong with this company.
