Hey Fishbowl community! I currently work as a Sales Support Specialist with 3 YOE working at a SaaS company. My dream career is to work at Microsoft or Google. I am open to different opportunities that exceed 80k+ per year. I also have a BA in Business Admin. If anyone can refer me to a great remote position I would greatly appreciate it! 😀

I have been working as an ID at Accenture for more than a year. The projects are very nice with big clients like Nike, Siemens etc. The content is very technical with system implementations like SAP, Salesforce.
You will be creating/owning workstreams on deliverables such as ILT, WBT, Job Aids, Simulations and games etc.
The work will get hectic which means more than 8hrs, but this will only be during peak production or pre go-live periods. A lot depends on your project and manager. But all in all its a fast pace consulting life which is VERY technical in nature. If you love the money then do join. If you want to be creative and make L&D content where you get to decide the design and material info, then please refrain from joining.
Depends from project to project and what is your role in the project. You can actively work on these tools or not at all and only make storyboards on PPT. But if you stay long enough at Accenture and have 4/5 projects (So far I am on my 3rd project) you will have a healthy mix and match of working on tools and only ppt.
Accenture is anytime better than other interms of WLB and job security.
It depends on which project one is aligned to. Low performers and bench folks are usually first to sink.
