Hey fishes,
I have given the interview in Hexaware and later on I got the email to fill the CAF form which is also done. Nos it's been 20 days and no call, no e-mail at all! I can see the status as offet pending.
I am on notice period and I have only 1 month remaining.
Is it like, hexaware will release the offer at the end time or something! Because I'm eagerly waiting for the offer as I don't have much time now!

New year. New rates. I’d like to increase my hourly rate of $100/hour. I’m freelancing with the same company in early 2022….how much is a healthy increase in that rate without it being too much? I feel like I’m bringing more to the table in this new project and want the rate to reflect that in the new contract.

I highly recommend stopping by places you’ve applied to. The ones that didn’t reach out with interviews—sometimes stopping in and just putting a face to the name can increase your chances and shows initiative. I really hope you find somewhere! (I’m still searching too).
Yes it's been really hard for me to don't give up sometimes we might have to settle for a lesser paying job just to eat or pay a bill.
I was unemployed for 7 weeks and boy the mental health went downwards- I got offered a job for very little pay BUT to get out each day and have a normal working routine again is great. Take any job even if it’s low salary for the time being

Hang in there ! You will find something. Maybe you come on too strong like me. I found that pretending I know nothing makes it easier to get a job because people don’t want to hire you if they think you are smarter than them. It’s hard to do because you have to stop yourself from doing what you know you should and ask the dumb question instead of just doing it or preventing it all together. They want to hear how you can improve not how they can improve even if they say “tell us how we can improve “
Have you considered gig work or a staffing agency? Both of those help get you out in the community and networking. Hang in there.
I’m the same , 4 months for me , and only 2 face to face interviews and 3 on the spot phone calls
Well, we are in a recession...Otherwise, keep on pushing. Follow up, see if friends and family have connections at places you're applying to.

Take the time you have off and work on yourself it will help with depression and stress. Join a free book club, go to a cooking class or just spend some a lone time on a great walk. You never Know when that next connection for a job will come from
