I heard the PwC has a tier system in the region for the compensation.
From what I've seen, NYC, San Francisco and LA are in the same tier(tier 1).
In that case, would you get the same base pay even though LA's CoL is much lower than NYC and SF?

My HR recently told me that during the next stage (advertising for the role and PERM), my salary cannot be changed - no hikes or raises. Is this true? Hello, I have been with the same company for 17 years. I am a supervisor for a laboratory in patient services. I worked my way up and currently have no degrees. Has anyone been able to work their way up in a company and then find a similar job with another company? I’m nervous that I’m stuck based on the fact that I don’t have a degree.
