I interview better in person, but almost all my interviews have been virtual. I get so nervous in that format. I try to be relaxed, but my personality does not come through.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
