I joined EY GDS on august 2nd 2021 as advanced analyst for US taxation. I don’t have enough hours but I have over all 3 years of experience (2.7 Deloitte and Ey - August 2021 till now) in US tax and very good feedback untill now. Is there a possibility to get senior promotion this year?
If over all hours is the only main criteria then I would not get this year?

Is there such place as non toxic ID firm? Or does any of ID attys like what they do? I moved from general practice to an ID firm six months ago. Biggest mistake of my life. I am trying hard not to just quit and walk away as I’m battling head cold but still have to bill bill bill and get criticized for not billing right and etc and cases being piled up - while everyone is looking forward to the long weekend. I seriously question my judgement. Need word of wisdom just to get through this hellhole

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. As long as I’m clear about my role is that acceptable?
