Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

Got a GRE score of 320 (162V 158Q). Did my masters from A&M (full scholarship, 3.8 GPA, journal publications. Have been working as a consultant for a small tech consulting firm for the past 1 year and was considering a MBA + Law or Public Policy masters dual degree program. My scores are still valid for atleast 1 year. Aiming for M7 or Oxbridge in Europe. Would using this GRE score be realistic for the school given I've just 1 YOE and my quant was lower. Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

How does Deloitte stack up against MBB in the healthcare space (size/scale of clients, type of work, etc.)? My understanding is that they are all on the same level, and that D is #1 in healthcare m&a.

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?

The company's probation is 3 months and as per maternity policy I need to work for atlst 84 days.

Should I be transparent and tell about my pregnancy now or shall I wait till my probation completes?

Hi guys, I'm in a huge dilemma. I have offers from fortune 50 product companies with good enough package but their office location is Bangalore. I also have offer from NCR but the companies are either service based or start ups, but the culture in all of them is good and my home is near to them. The dilemma is, since Bangalore is far away the yearly expenses like travelling back home, etc. will even out the packages from both locations. So only incentive of joining blr comps is they are famous.
