I joined ibm 6 mnths back they told me its banking project but after joining they put me in some 3rd class project where i am just creating forms to move elements and batch monitoring, lead will never communicate to me he assigned one girl which is 4 yr junior to me and she behave like if she is team lead no sense of talking i am having 9+ yoe and still on probation period i am dam sure they will not release me.got offer from tcs and hr is frm canadian bfsi Should i acept the offerIBM Tata Consultancy

I had 5AA t/f(modified FET) on 11/07, today (11/16)I had blood work, nurse told HCG level is: 168.5, and will be checking again on 11/18, to see if HCG is raising. Is this good value? How long to take Capgemini HR to inform interview result for laterals, any advise?

I received an offer from FIS Global, they met my salary expectations. I will be joining them. But in offer there is no mention of leave policy and number of leaves I am allowed to take.

When I call HR to get details about this they are not picking up my call. Is this mean I am not entitled for leaves?

I had asked for revision to 24LPA and 1 JB earlier my package given was 22 LPA. The recruiter agreed upon it and said she will give revision two days before my joining. But in between I took one offer and then asked for 25.5 and 1.5 JB. Just before 2 days. Recruiter now said her higher manager have trust issues and gave me same package what it was ealier and 2L JB I am regretting my ask how to overcome that.. 😭😭😭😭. I was supposed to join Accenture on 1st October but on the onboarding day I got to know my background check is still pending and upon multiple follow ups with recruiter she told me my background check is clear in the back end but it's not getting updated correctly in the portal hence my onboarding is delayed Can any manager or leadership person guide me how to proceed or fasten the process.
