I just finished my 9th season, and to be honest, this one hit harder than the rest. The 60-hour weeks, endless deadlines, and constant stress are starting to take a toll. I'm seriously thinking about moving out of tax entirely, maybe into something with a better work-life balance. Has anyone here made a similar switch? How did you make the leap, and what field did you move into? I’m nervous about leaving behind my experience, but staying feels unsustainable.
