Hi Fishes, I am here to ask your help , i gave an interview to Tata Capital and selected for the position but the HR is not contact me about the salary negotiation or anything. I was called the HR and they said they didn't receive manpower approval. I have hardly 5 days left to join the new organization. What can I do ? Now the hr is not lifting the call as well as the interviewer also not lifting the call.

Don't sweat it. At the intern level, here's what they're looking for: you'll do what you're told, you won't be a brat, you have some ambition, you won't stare creepily at them when you're the only 2 people in an otherwise silent restroom.
I'm assuming your book got you the interview, so someone already sees something in you. Just act like a respectable human being and you'll be fine.
Thank you, I appreciate it
Be a good intern by doing the work that ur asked to do, the faster and good quality it is, the better. Ask others in ur dept if u can help w anything and find opportunities to learn as much as you can. In your down-time, read up on stuff on the internet but make the most of your time! And try to leave a good impression / relationship w anyone you work with
Thank you! I hope I get far enough to get to use your advice!
Google the agency, stay up on news about them. Look at the website, and be sure you know who their clients are. If you happen to know someone who works there, grab coffee and ask advice about culture/personality/do's and don'ts. I get aggravated when I interview recent graduates who want to only talk about themselves instead of why they want to work here particularly. Show how you'll fit in and what you can contribute!
It isn’t until Wednesday
Update: found out yesterday that I got the internship! I start next Tuesday. I’m super excited, thanks for all your advice!
